The backstory

  • Garcia was a revolutionary seeking cuban independence from spain
  • Rowan was an army officer
  • McKinley was the 25th us president
  • Perihelion is the point when a planet is closest to the sun therefore it's at it's brightest
  • Slipshod- careless, lackadaisical, remish
  • Imbecility- incapability, feebleness, stupidity
  • Stenographer- a person who takes dictation in shorthand
  • Missive- a letter, especially a long or official one
Ancient greek word for it is... Areté
  • the act of living up to ones full potential

Notes pt 3 (patritians, government, punic wars)
